Investment
Built for caterers ready to invest in a real sales engine.
Three ways to work together. The price reflects the asset you keep — not the hours we spend.
The Build
One-time
We build your outbound infrastructure end to end. You run it.
- Full ICP and named target account list
- Outbound stack — domains, inboxes, sequences
- CRM configured for the catering cycle
- Handover and documentation — you operate it
The Operator
Recommendedsetup + $1,500 / month
We build it and run it for you — reporting, tastings, and optimization.
- Everything in The Build
- We run sending, replies, and qualification
- Tasting bookings handled for you
- Weekly reporting and ongoing optimization
The Partner
Performance-based
Performance-aligned pricing — setup plus commission on closed corporate accounts.
- Everything in The Operator
- Reduced setup, commission on closed accounts
- Aligned on recurring revenue, not activity
- Selective — a limited number of engagements
The philosophy
Why the pricing works this way.
We don’t run ads. Ads rent attention — we build a pipeline you own. We don’t charge per lead, because a lead you can’t convert is a number, not a customer. And we don’t take every caterer who asks.
This works when the kitchen is ready and the owner is serious about selling like a real company. The cost reflects an asset that keeps producing after we’re done — not a campaign that stops the day the budget does.
Questions
Before you book a call.
Tastings typically start landing in weeks five to eight, once sending has ramped safely. Recurring accounts follow as the conversion playbook runs. Ninety days is the build — momentum compounds after it.
We don't guarantee closed revenue. We guarantee the system, the work, and the reporting. We only take clients we believe we can help — and if we don't think this is the right fit, we'll tell you on the call.
Your history, your judgment on which accounts are worth winning, and the kitchen capacity to deliver when the orders come. We handle the rest of the build.
Yes. Many clients run The Build, watch the system work, and move to The Operator when they want us running it. The infrastructure carries over — nothing is rebuilt.
Because a lead you can't convert is a vanity metric. We're paid to build an engine and, on the higher tiers, to produce booked tastings and recurring accounts — not to inflate a number.
Currently we focus on US corporate catering — especially professional services, offices, and corporate teams where recurring ordering behavior is common.
The Build is a one-time engagement. The Operator runs month to month after setup, so the relationship has to keep earning its place.
