The company was the kind of caterer every office wants and few have heard of — serious food, a loyal handful of clients, and a calendar that lived and died on referrals. Revenue was good in the months it was good. Nobody could tell you what next quarter looked like.
We started with the list. Which firms, which offices, which roles actually own the catering decision. Then we built the stack — domains, sequences, a CRM that understood the difference between a one-off lunch and a standing weekly order — and we started reaching out.
By month three, tastings were on the calendar with firms that had never heard the company’s name. By month six, more than seven target firms were in active pipeline and three were booking on a recurring basis.
