01 · Build the foundation
Your first step toward a stronger sales operation.
A focused entry product: we organize your contacts, pipelines, and follow-up, then train your team to run the system. Build a foundation you can use yourself or pair with managed lead generation.
For catering businesses selling corporate lunches, weddings, and private events—with a sales owner ready to use the process.
The scope
Everything needed for a focused first setup.
- One business, one CRM, and up to five users
- Up to two sales pipelines with owners and next actions
- One CSV import of up to 1,000 contact records
- Five follow-up templates and up to three native CRM automations
- One sales dashboard and two 60-minute training sessions
- A written playbook and 30 days of setup defect support
We agree the details in writing. Custom development, complex data cleanup, advertising, outbound campaigns, daily inbox coverage, and extra systems are separately scoped.
How it works
From scattered follow-up to a clear routine.
01
Map your sales process
Review how inquiries arrive, what happens after a proposal, and where follow-up stalls. Agree the CRM, field map, and scope before the build.
02
Build the working system
Configure stages, owners, event fields, follow-up tasks, templates, and the dashboard. Review a sample import before loading the agreed contacts.
03
Test a real-world scenario
Walk a test inquiry through qualification, proposal follow-up, booking, and repeat-business reminders. Check assignment and any agreed automations.
04
Train and hand over
Run two training sessions and provide the operating playbook. Resolve setup defects for 30 days after acceptance.
The handoff
Your accounts. Your process. A clear owner.
The setup lives in your business’s agreed CRM account. Your team keeps the contacts, configuration, templates, and playbook.
Before handoff, we check one inquiry from capture through booking, one overdue proposal, and one repeat-business reminder. Your sales owner signs off on the workflow.
Ready to reach more buyers? Add managed lead generation. When you need dedicated sales capacity, we can help with recruiting and onboarding.
Before we start
A few useful answers.
No. We review the tools you already use and confirm whether they can support the agreed sales process. If a new CRM is needed, we agree it with you before work starts. Software subscriptions are paid separately by your business.
Yes. We can build around consultations, tastings, proposals, tentative dates, contracts, deposits, and operational handoff. Corporate prospecting is a separate service for businesses that want recurring accounts.
This package builds the system and trains your team. Your nominated sales owner handles live inquiries, approves pricing, sends proposals, and closes bookings. Ongoing support or daily sales coverage requires a separate scope.
Up to three automations using the agreed CRM’s native features. We verify availability on your software plan first. Custom APIs, complex migrations, and additional systems are quoted separately; we do not assume a connection exists.
After the agreed configuration is delivered, the import is reconciled, test scenarios pass, training is delivered, and you accept the handoff. We target 3–4 weeks after access and data are ready. Delayed access, feedback, or third-party limitations can move the schedule.
The setup fee is one-time. Software costs are separate, and ongoing help is optional. The deliverable is a working sales process; no number of bookings or amount of revenue is guaranteed.
